So, last night was the big smooshy peas extravaganza. Appparently peas are the funniest food. Benjamin spent most of the time blowing bubbles into the peas spoon and laughing. I could not catch that on film as it takes me two hands to feed him. I could only snap a few photos in between bites, which does not capture the hilarity of the peas. It does however capture some pretty funny faces. We were much inspired by Zachary, who does not have to strip all the way down to eat, and bravely left the laddies onesie on. Suffice to say, it may never be the same. While he didn't seem to actively dislike the peas, he was definitely suspicious (although these were organic - thanks Adventuredad!). He prefered to spit them out and smoosh them around to eating them. I am assuming that he will eventually get hungry enough to actually eat real food. I have yet to meet an adult that is still living on formula and breast milk, so it must happen for everyone. Here's hoping anyway.

Looks like Jammy did great with the peas! Even if he played with them, at least he didn't make huge frown-y grimaces and stare at you with "Why are you doing this to me?" eyes. We tried avocado tonight and got those eyes. Apparently, Z is not a fan of green foods.
The second picture reminds me of the photo with the baby and spaghetti on his head...Jammy has that same look in his eyes. VERY cute!
